1. As a policy we do not offer any refund or cancellation.
2. All the products that are shipped from our end are inspected to be in premium health, however we understand shipping can play a spoilsport.
The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return Process
-> If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
-> Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
3. Please take a video opening of parcel to claim exchange for damaged products. We shall not entertain any exchange/refund request without a parcel opening video.
4. If the merchandise is damaged as vouched by video, pls let us know at connect@berrybeautie.com, 9226559036 within 3 working days of receipt of goods along with the parcel opening video. Once the damaged products are returned the refund would be credited to original payment method in 10 business days.
5. If the item received by you is not what you had originally ordered pls write to us at connect@berrybeautie.com with your order number and name within 3 working days of receipt of goods. We will ship the merchandise to you as soon as we receive our original merchandise in its originial form and packaging.
6. All products returned should be in their original form and packaging and not used or opened.
7. BerryBeautie is only responsible for exchanging or replacing products bought from Berrybeautie.com and not from third party website.
8. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
9. Refund or exchange will only be processed with the accompanying video and original state of the products returned for exchange.
